Disability Support Choice & Control is a service which is designed to meet individual’s specific needs whilst promoting independence, freedom and choice and control. It is a holistic approach which includes but not limited to :

Finding Regional or Remote Services Providers
We understand options can be limited in regional and remote areas. Our experienced Support Coordinators will work with you to find suitable providers and give you tailored solutions to ensure you can access the services you need.
Reporting and Goal Tracking
We will track your progress towards your goals, so you can see how much you’ve achieved with your NDIS Plan. We will also report back to the NDIA, so they can ensure the plan is meeting your needs or provide you with additional/change in funding should you require it.
Booking Regional and Remote Services
Travel, internet access and poor reception are common barriers in regional and remote areas. Our Support Coordinators and Providers will take the hassle out of booking and scheduling services and communicate with you regularly to ensure you have everything you need.
Managing Your Budget
We will work together with you and your nominated plan manager or NDIA representative to ensure you are using your budget efficiently and are effectively utilising the supports through your NDIS plan.
