I am the Founder of Disability Support Choice & Control. I am self-employed as a Support Coordinator and Positive Behaviour Practitioner.
I have previously worked as a NDIS Support Coordinator with St Agnes Care & Lifestyle, a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner within the ORS Group and as an Early Childhood Early Intervention Coordinator with Northcott.
I have a sound knowledge of the NDIS, strong report and writing skills, a powerful knowledge of supporters and providers within the local area.
I have a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance and a Cert III in Disability, and a Cert III in Education Support.
I have highly skilled support workers that provide dedicated care and aid to our clients and participants. I have lived in Port Macquarie for the last 20 years. More complete details are below:
